PAPER
DOLL
 |
Directions
for Stitching the Doll:
1)
Place your inner hoop on a piece of Floriani Stitch N Shape trace
the inside of the hoop. This will give you the exact size to cut
your Stitch N Shape.
2)
Place one piece of your favorite Floriani sticky stabilizer
(Floriani Wet N Stick, Perfect Stick or Wet N Gone Tacky) in the
hoop with the adhesive side up. If using Wet N Stick, moisten
the surface lightly (no more than you would wet an envelope).
You will feel the adhesive become sticky immediately. If using
Wet N Gone Tacky or Perfect Stick, hoop the stabilizer with the
paper side up, score the paper and peel it back to expose the
sticky surface.
3)
Place the Floriani Stitch N Shape on to the sticky surface of
the stabilizer.

4)
Place the hoop on the machine and begin stitching. Remember to
stitch slowly for the best results. If doing embroidery, set your
machine speed to 600 stitches per minute or less.

5)
Remove the embroidery frame from the machine once the doll is
completely stitched. Tear away the stabilizer from around the
embroidery. (If using Wet N Gone Tacky, trim the stabilizer close
to the stitching.)
6)
Use a stencil burner (preferred method) or scissors to trim around
the doll.
**Optional:
Iron one layer of Floriani No Show Mesh Fusible to the back of
the Stitch N Shape before trimming to cover the stitches.
